The
Family
The Family is a non-profit organization of independent Christian missionary
communities working in 100 countries world wide. Our group is made up of
members from all walks and backrounds of life dedicated to bringing a message
of faith and hope through God's love to today's society. We believe that
God's Love is the answer to every problem faced by society today and as
such, our members are dedicated to bringing help and comfort to those in
need.
Our
work here in Costa Rica consists in large part of aiding those with physical,
emotional, and/or social problems. Aiding the education of children
through audio and video material which teach good morals, cleanliness,
safety habits etc. benefit shows in schools, hospitals, institutions for
the less fortunate and community events. Helping couples deal with the
many challenges and difficulties they encounter in their marriage, holding
seminars on various subjects and Bible classes, reaching out to the youth
to help them deal with the many pressures facing them in a healthy way,
donating time and energy to various humanitarian aid projects to aid the
less fortunate and give them a helping hand in their walk
through life.
